Job Title: CBS Order to Invoice Solution Specialist
Job Summary: Primary point of contact and subject matter expert for all issues related to Order Management and Processing including all eCommerce (EDI) transactions. Supports the trouble shooting and resolution of Order Entry, Order Capture and Order Creation issues. Including coordination with IT team on any system related problems. Collaborate and Coordinate with MDM and Logistics to assure the right Data and Parameters. Support any process improvement and system implementation, including EDI related to O2I process.
Main Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve Order Entry , Order Capture & Order Creation issues (when O2I require for support): Idocs issues, Duplications, Translation errors, EDI kick out reports
- Coordinate order reprocessing with Customers and IT when required. Coordinate with IT team the resolution of order entry technical issues, including missing or unusual transmission...
