Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer queries via calls, emails, and chat for international clients
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Log customer issues in the system and follow up for timely resolution
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy throughout all interactions
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
- Meet daily and monthly performance metrics
Candidate Profile:
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Graduate/Undergraduate (Freshers and experienced candidates welcome)
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service systems is a plus
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Immediate joiners preferred
