Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with international customers via calls emails or chat
  • Resolve queries related to products services orders or accounts
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
  • Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines
  • Meet daily productivity and quality targets
  • Provide timely updates and escalate unresolved issues when required

Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent fluency in English
  • Graduate or undergraduate with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
  • Familiarity with CRM and support tools is preferred
  • Willing to work in night or rotational shifts
  • Immediate joiners preferred
