Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with international customers via calls emails or chat
- Resolve queries related to products services orders or accounts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets
- Provide timely updates and escalate unresolved issues when required
Candidate Profile:
- Excellent fluency in English
- Graduate or undergraduate with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
- Familiarity with CRM and support tools is preferred
- Willing to work in night or rotational shifts
- Immediate joiners preferred
