Responsible for providing quality training, Theory and Practical:

Introduction to BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) Industry and Organizational Policies & procedures

Overview of IT-ITeS industry and willing to take up a desk-based job with long hours

Responsible for resolving queries and customer cases over web-chat or email.

Customer handling skills (QRCs & objection handling)

Manage teamwork to meet requirements

Maintain a healthy, safe and secure working environment

Demo CCE & CRM training, Deal remotely with customer queries - Domestic)

Good communication, presentation skills, Behavioral, professional and technical skills
