CCM Developer

Genesis10 is seeking a CCM Developer. This is a hybrid 12-month contract position with our client. Candidates can also work from the following locations: Brooklyn, OH, Albany, NY, Cleveland, OH, and Buffalo, NY. Pay Rate: $40.00–$55.00/hour (W2, based on experience) Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain customer communications using a Customer Communications Management (CCM) platform Create dynamic statements, notices, and letters driven by business rules and data Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and translate requirements Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to iterative development cycles Troubleshoot, enhance, and optimize existing communication solutions Qualifications Experience with Quadient Inspire Designer or OpenText Exstream If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!
