Overview: 
The Practice Project Manager will assist with the continual improvement and implementation of a “best in class” Construction and Contract Management (CCM) Practice. You will help achieve this using change management strategies to effectively communicate and implement these changes. This role works collaboratively with stakeholders and leaders across the company to meet our business objectives, corporate standards, and policies. The CCM Practice documents our procedures, practices, and processes on how we consistently deliver capital projects within Project Delivery. These practices apply to the full project life-cycle from project release to project close-out. This position plays a key role in providing technical direction and professional support to Capital Construction personnel, ensuring that members are aware of and understand the policies and procedures.
