CCTech- QA Lead

We are looking for a QA Lead with strong experience in both automation and manual testing to lead quality efforts for our engineering and web-based applications in the AEC domain. The role involves defining test strategy, driving automation, managing test cycles, and guiding the QA team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead QA activities across engineering and web applications.
  
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright/Cypress.
  
• Create and execute manual/automation test plans for functional, regression, and API testing.
  
• Ensure test coverage, release quality, and defect reporting.
  
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to clarify requirements and ensure quality deliverables.
  
• Mentor QA engineers and oversee daily QA operations.
  
• Contribute to CI/CD test integration.
  

Requirements

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of QA experience with at least 2–3 years in a lead role.
  
• Strong in automation (Selenium + 1 additional framework).
  
• Good experience in testing web applications and basic understanding of engineering/AEC workflows.
  
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, API testing, and defect management tools.
  
• Hands-on experience with Java or Python for automation.
  
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to engineering or AEC tools/products (basic understanding is sufficient).
  
• Knowledge of performance or security testing tools.
  

Soft Skills

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
