Key Duties and Responsibilities
Surveillance and Monitoring: Constantly watching multiple screens to detect potential incidents, security breaches, or safety hazards.
Incident Response: Responding to emergencies, alerting on-site security or police, and providing real-time information.
System Operation & Maintenance: Operating CCTV cameras (including PTZ controls), ensuring recording systems are functional, and reporting technical malfunctions.
Recording and Evidence Management: Securing, storing, and managing footage in compliance with data protection laws and company policies.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintaining accurate logs of daily activity and creating detailed reports of incidents for investigations or court evidence.
Safety Oversight: Safeguarding staff, particularly those working alone or in high-risk areas.
