CCTV Technical Support! An exciting opportunity for CCTV Technical Support to join a leading global provider.-This role is five days in the office.
  • What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Be at the heart of CCTV operations, providing expert technical support across commissioning, reactive issues, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Partner with field technicians to install, maintain, and optimise CCTV systems in line with business goals and best practices.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience by managing support processes end-to-end, including system monitoring and clear documentation.
  • Securely retrieve, manage, and share CCTV footage to support investigations when required.
  • Perform remote CCTV health checks, diagnosing system performance and identifying issues before they escalate.
  • Triage reactive call-outs remotely, prioritising and resolving faults efficiently.
