CCTV Technical Support! An exciting opportunity for CCTV Technical Support to join a leading global provider.-This role is five days in the office. What You’ll Be Doing: Be at the heart of CCTV operations, providing expert technical support across commissioning, reactive issues, and ongoing maintenance. Partner with field technicians to install, maintain, and optimise CCTV systems in line with business goals and best practices. Deliver an outstanding customer experience by managing support processes end-to-end, including system monitoring and clear documentation. Securely retrieve, manage, and share CCTV footage to support investigations when required. Perform remote CCTV health checks, diagnosing system performance and identifying issues before they escalate. Triage reactive call-outs remotely, prioritising and resolving faults efficiently.
