Job Summary:
The Delivery Account Executive is a key leadership role primarily focused on client management, financial management, governance, and contract management within the Client Account Delivery organization. This position plays a pivotal role in maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring financial stability, and overseeing compliance with contracts and governance frameworks. Working directly in alignment with the CDE, the role supports the CDE's organization to drive outcomes for the client.
Employee must be in Montreal, in the office 3 days a week at a minimum.

Client Relationship Management:
Establish and nurture strong, positive relationships with clients, including executive and managerial-level clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and escalations effectively.
