CDL A Home Weekly – Dry Van (NO SAP)

As an Regional solo driver with Newborn Logistics, you’ll operate a well-maintained automatic Kenworth T680 pulling dry van freight across the continental U.S. Most loads are no-touch, live load/unload . You’ll work directly with dispatch that respects your time, plans ahead, and keeps you moving.

We value clear communication, realistic expectations, and flexibility. Drivers are home on weekends and may stay out longer if they choose. This is not a mega carrier — you’ll be treated as a professional, not a truck number.

• $1,450 - $1,700 gross total weekly avg. pay
• 27% of load
• 2,000 - 2,500 avg. miles per week
• $500 sign on bonus
• No Driver Load/Unload
• No slip seating

• 5 - 6 expected days out
• You can stay out longer if you want to
• Get 2 days of home time for every 5 days worked
• Home every weekend

• Inspection of vehicle, equipment, and cargo to ensure everything is safe, legal, and secure.
• Submitting customer paperwork and deposits including invoices, load orders, and handheld reports.
• Maintaining a driver's log in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Daily customer interactions and maintaining good customer relations.
• Being available for work at all times in order to meet customer pickup and delivery schedules.
• Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.

• Orientation is not paid for
• Accommodation is covered
• Drivers get their own room
• No meals are included
• Covers some or all travel expenses

• Class A license without any of the following restrictions: (L,Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer or (K) Intrastate Only
• 12 months Tractor Trailer experience
