🔒 Upfront Onboarding Deposit Requirement

A deposit is required as a demonstrated commitment to your business success and to ensure proper onboarding with ALB Logistics.

✔ Upfront Onboarding Deposit Required
• Deposit must be paid prior to lease execution
• Deposit covers initial carrier setup and onboarding costs, which may include:
– Registration and permitting support
– Compliance onboarding and file creation
– Administrative processing
– Insurance coordination
– System access and activation
• Lease activation will not occur until the deposit is received and processed

• Owner Operator
• Flatbed trailer, Power Only, Intermodal Container and Dry Van
• OTR
• $7,000 - $8,500 gross total weekly avg. pay. Paid weekly.
• 2,500 - 3,000 avg. miles per week
• Paid fuel surcharge
• Dedicated, Line Haul
• No Driver Load/Unload
• No tarping

• 14 - 16 expected days out
• You can stay out longer if you want to
• Home at least one weekend per month

• Inspection of vehicle, equipment, and cargo to ensure everything is safe, legal, and secure.
• Submitting customer paperwork and deposits including invoices, load orders, and handheld reports.
• Maintaining a driver's log in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Being available for work at all times in order to meet customer pickup and delivery schedules.
• Daily customer interactions and maintaining good customer relations.
• Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.

• Max truck age: No policy

• Orientation is not paid for
• Does not cover accommodation
• Drivers get their own room
• No meals are included
• Covers some or all travel expenses

• Class A license
• 3 years Tractor Trailer experience
