We offer a $1,500 sign-on bonus for company drivers or a $5,000 sign-on bonus for independent operators, plus $500 paid orientation as you transition into your route. Pay that fits your path. Company drivers earn up to $93,600 per year, with CPM ranging from $0.54-$0.70 based on route, location, and experience. Independent drivers earn $1.30CPM fuel surcharge on all miles, averaging $1,400-$1,650 in weekly take-home pay depending on miles and performance. Bonuses and incentives that add up fast.
