OTR Open Deck Company Drivers Earn up to $105,000 per year * Average weekly pay: $1,700 - $2,200 Mileage pay: 81 CPM Bonus opportunities and stop pay available Home every 3 weeks Primarily covering Midwestern and Southern states Most loads are pre-loaded and secured Equipment includes 2024 Freightliners & Kenworths with APUs & upscale trim packages Hauling flatbed, step deck, & RGN trailers No prior open deck experience needed; training provided OTR Open Deck - Specialized Drivers Average weekly earnings of $1,750 including bonuses* - pay is experience-based Availability for 2 weeks out on the road - home time varies by location Running lanes primarily in the lower 48 with a strong focus on the Northeast, Southeast, and East Texas All trucks are 2024 and newer Western Star models Drivers must be able to obtain a TWIC card and manage self-loading and unloading at ports Company Driver Benefits Medical, dental, & vision insurance 401(k) with company match Health savings account Paid time off Paid orientation Up to $7,500 in driver referral bonuses Pet and rider policies Quarterly bonuses Pay is commensurate with experience and performance.
