Job Description
**Alaska Waste** , a Waste Connections company, is looking for a **CDL Trainee** to join our team in **Anchorage, AK. We will train you and help you get your Class B CDL for free!**
The schedule will be **Monday – Friday, 5:30am** start times, 8 hours per day. Pay will be **$19-23 per hour, depending on experience** .
This is a labor-intensive position requiring regular heavy lifting.
We are looking for laborers who are interested in starting a driving career and grow, within the company.
Responsibilities Include:
+ Cleaning equipment with pressure washer
+ Picking up litter
+ General site cleanup
+ Container Assembly
+ Other assigned laborer duties
Requirements:
+ At least 2 years of work experience. Preferably in a labor/operator type position.
+ Ability to safely use a pressure washer.
+ Ability to work in all weather conditions throughout entire shift.
+ Clean driving record
