Job purpose

:
  • To discharge the duties of Principal Designer or assist the Client / Principal Designer carry out their roles specified in the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations .

    • Responsibilities:

  • To liaise with Clients, Designers and Contractors as required by the scheme;

  • To attend design reviews and design team meetings as required by the scheme;

  • To advise Clients, Designers, and Contractors on their duties under the regulations;

  • To attend pre-start and progress meetings as required by the scheme;

  • Familiarity with design risk management and pre-construction information collation.

  • You may be required to carry out other duties in line with your job status and level of responsibility, in order to meet the needs of the business.
