  • Manage drilling operations on mining projects for surface exploration, at many levels, including manpower, assets, drilling equipment and customer relationship.
  • Lead crew to always perform at a high-quality by executing tasks effectively in a manner that will not endanger self or others or the environment. 
  • Communicate to employees the importance of performing assigned duties following all applicable legislation, company policies and safe work procedures.
  • Supervise activities in a safe, productive, and cost-efficient way.
