Job Description

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects/programs to derive business insights that add significant value to Amgen and its patients.
  • Identify business needs and recommend suitable analytics-based solutions.
  • Design and deploy frameworks to monitor performance metrics of campaigns and tactics at a granular level.
  • Lead measurement and tracking of omnichannel customer experience (CX) enablement initiatives.
  • Support the creation of machine learning prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and testing models to validate omnichannel strategies.
  • Communicate analytics concepts, progress, and outcomes effectively to leadership and business stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Doctorate degree; OR
  • Master's degree with 4–6 years of experience in data science and/or analytics; OR
  • Bachelor's degree with 6–8 years of experience in data science and/or analytics; OR
