Role: Execute food production for a specific kitchen section with speed, consistency, and hygiene compliance.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items as per standard recipes
- Maintain section mise-en-place and service readiness
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
- Assist in stock rotation and basic inventory checks
- Coordinate with Senior CDP during peak service
Skills & Experience
- Hands-on cooking and plating skills
- Understanding of kitchen SOPs and food safety
- 36 years experience in casual dining / sports bar kitchens
