Job Description

We are looking for an experienced CDP / Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations, especially focusing on Chinese and multi-cuisine offerings.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for menu planning, food preparation, staff management, and ensuring high-quality culinary standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the kitchen team and supervise all cooking activities.
  • Plan, design, and develop menus with a focus on Chinese and multi-cuisine dishes.
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes.
  • Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff, including sous chefs, line cooks, and helpers.
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
  • Monitor inventory, procure ingredients, and manage kitchen costs efficiently.
  • Innovate and introduce new recipes or seasonal specials to enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with management to optimize kitchen operations and food delivery standards.

Required Skills & Qualities:

  • Proven experience as a CDP / Head Chef in reputed hotels or restaurants.
  • Expertise in Chinese cuisine, with knowledge of other cuisines being a plus.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and training skills.
  • Excellent understanding of kitchen operations, hygiene, and safety protocols.
  • Creative, innovative, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards.
