**What is the job about?**
The CED supervisor is a critical role for ensuring component availability for Chennai and Ahmedabad plant productions. This position is responsible for managing complete Cathodic Electrodeposition (CED) and Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) operations, while also acting as a supervisor for assembly lines, overseeing shift and production activities. Ensure compliance with environmental and EHS regulations, optimize process parameters for cost and production efficiency, and focus on preventive maintenance and breakdown reduction. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage resources effectively, and mentor team members to build capability.
