What a Cell Operator will do:

• Tend to one or more machine tools, special-purpose machines, or industrial robots to machine metalwork pieces to specifications on a production basis
• Read blueprint or job order for product specifications, such as dimensions and tolerances, and tooling instructions, such as fixtures, feed rates, cutting speeds, and depth of cut, and determine the sequence of operations
