Setup Technician – Afternoon Shift
The Role
We currently have an opening for a Set-Up Technician, reporting to the Shift Supervisor. We are currently hiring for the Night (3 pm – 11 pm) shift. However, candidates must be flexible to work any/all shifts, and overtime as required. The successful candidate will build upon their present knowledge/experience in injection moulding and will be required to perform duties including, but not limited to:
Set-up and start-up of molding machine, auxiliary equipment, tooling as specified on the set-up master.
Ensuring processes are running within the tolerances of the set-up master
Notifying the Production Supervisor of any processes outside of tolerances specified or nonconforming processes.
Documenting all set-up changes outside the tolerances of the set-up master.
Verifying color feeders are set to set up master and products produced meet quality standards.
Adhering to all relevant Safety Procedures: lock-out/tag-out,...
