Job Description
As an HR Evolution Advisor, your main responsibility will be to coordinate the transition, stabilization and evolution resulting from the transformative global effort of human resources enabling processes and technology designed to improve HR operations and support the organization's overall business goals.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Covering HR Processes (lead): Recruitment & Onboarding, Comp & Ben, WF Admin & Reporting,
- Coordinating with GES HR Processes in scope: Helpdesk, Payroll
- Managing a global backlog of activities to reach process stabilization and continuous improvement
- Analyzing and reporting on product performance metrics, such as adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue.
- Establishing and implement a KPI model to monitor process performance and identify opportunities
