Role Overview

:We are hiring a Delivery Center Leade r to lead and scale a strategic delivery hub in Ahmedabad. This is a senior leadership role with end-to-end accountability across delivery, people, client satisfaction, operations, and financial performanc e, aligned to global business goals

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery organization, ensuring high-quality execution and client satisfaction
• Build, develop, and retain strong leadership and talent pipeline
• Own people leadership including performance management, engagement, and succession planning
• Partner with sales and revenue teams on pre-sales, solutioning, estimation, and growth initiatives
• Manage delivery center financials, utilization, capacity planning, and operational KPIs
• Identify risks proactively and drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Foster a strong culture aligned with company values and global standards

What We’re Looking For:

• 15–20 years of overall experience with 10+ years in IT delivery leadership
• Proven experience managing and scaling large delivery teams
• Strong understanding of digital engineering, enterprise platforms, or customer-facing technologies
• Demonstrated ability to balance people leadership, delivery excellence, and business outcomes
• Strategic, decisive leader with a hands-on and ownership-driven mindset
