Job Description
The Centre Head will be responsible for overseeing all non-academic functions of the school — including operations, marketing, admissions, vendor management, and legal coordination.
This is a leadership position that demands strategic thinking, business acumen, and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school and integrated programs.
- Streamline processes for transport, facilities, staff coordination, and event management.
- Handle resource allocation, budgeting, and operational efficiency.
- Drive local marketing, branding, and admission campaigns.
- Plan and execute school-level promotional activities, seminars, and parent engagement programs.
- Develop and track marketing budgets, leads, and conversion reports.
- Build and maintain relationships with parents and key stakeholders.
- Manage vendor contracts, negotiations, and service agreements.
- Oversee procurement, infrastructure maintenance, and vendor payments.
- Coordinate with legal consultants for MOUs, agreements, and compliance documents.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between management, staff, and vendors.
- Supervise and guide admin and support staff to ensure effective coordination.
Candidate Profile:
- MBA (Operations / Marketing / General Management) from a reputed institution.
- Minimum 5–10 years in reputed Ed Tech / Coaching brands (Aakash, Allen, FIITJEE) or in educational operations management
- Candidates with prior experience as Campus Heads or in educational leadership roles will be given strong preference.
- Possession of Six Sigma certification
- Certification in Project management
- Strong operational and administrative management experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proven track record in admissions, marketing, and centre management.
- Ability to handle multi-department coordination.
- Exposure to legal documentation and vendor management.
- Fluency in English and Tamil is mandatory
- Immediate joiners preferred
