Center Head

Role Overview

The Centre Head will be responsible for complete ownership of an entire workspace/building, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, exceptional member experience, and strong financial performance.

This role is a senior leadership position and requires managing multiple teams including community leads, facility and maintenance teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders. The Centre Head will act as the single point of accountability for operations, profitability, compliance, and reporting for the assigned location(s).
