Role Summary

We are hiring a Centre Manager to lead the Defence Wallah Pune centre with complete ownership of centre operations, admissions, sales, marketing, and team management . The role requires a result-oriented leader who can drive enrollments, revenue, and operational excellence while strengthening the brand’s local presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end centre operations including academics coordination, administration, and compliance
• Drive admissions, sales targets, and revenue growth
• Lead counselling, parent/student interactions, and high-value closures
• Plan and execute local marketing activities (seminars, events, partnerships)
• Build and manage a high-performing sales, academic, and operations team
• Handle escalations and ensure strong student & parent satisfaction
• Track performance through MIS, CRM, and reporting dashboards

Eligibility & Experience

• Graduate/Postgraduate (Management/Education preferred)
• 4-7 years of experience in education/EdTech centre management
• Strong exposure to sales, admissions, and local marketing
• Experience in defence exams (NDA/CDS/AFCAT/SSB) is a plus
