About the Position
The Central Administrative Specialist supports a portfolio of residential communities across multiple markets. This role ensures accuracy of resident financial statements, drives collections, oversees accounts receivable, and maintains professional, clear, and empathetic resident communication.
Key Responsibilities
• Resident Financial Management
• Oversee account statements and collections across properties
• Investigate charge discrepancies with Property Managers
• Prepare demand letters, notices, and Final Account Statements (FAS)
• Coordinate evictions and follow-ups with attorneys or third parties
• Support debt recovery and collaborate with agencies/vendors like Jetty
• Resident Communication & Support:
• Address escalated financial inquiries with clarity and empathy
