**What you will do
**The Central Functions Finance Manager will help drive results in the centralized functions for the Building Solutions North America (BSNA) business. The centralized functions include IT, Real Estate and other headquarter cost centers. This role will assist in the planning, forecasting and reporting of actuals, helping to ensure the appropriate booking of expenses and Capital Expenditures (Capex) as well as drive better management of the spend.

- Proactively works with the functions to improve actual financial results consistent with operating plan commitments and objectives.
- Review and approve all IT related spend; project spend tracking to Plan/ Forecast
- Assist in the financial/business planning and forecasting process for the functions, ensuring forecasts are accurate and updated on a regular basis to facilitate management’s decision-making process.
