Central Training & Placement Officer (CTO) / Head – Central TPO
Reporting To
SDME Management / Governing Authority
Location & Work Mode
Work from Office – 5 days a week
No Work From Home
Candidate may be required to work on certain weekends based on placement load, recruiter engagements, and TPO-related activities.
Compensation (CTC)
₹20 LPA (market benchmark)
Compensation will not be a deterrent for the right and deserving candidate.
Role Purpose
The Central Training & Placement Officer (CTO) / Head – Central TPO will lead, coordinate, and strengthen all training, internship, and placement activities across SDME institutions. The role is responsible for building a centralized, industry-aligned placement framework , ensuring consistency, scale, and quality of outcomes across regions, institutions, and academic disciplines.
