Role Summary

As a Centre Associate, you’ll support daily centre operations, customer servicing, and basic pet handling support. You’ll work closely with our team to ensure every session runs smoothly, pets feel safe, and pet parents feel looked after. This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving environment, so being calm, organised, and flexible matters a lot.
