We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Centre Head to lead the sales, marketing, and operations of our learning centre. This role involves driving student enrollment, ensuring operational excellence, managing budgets, and fostering a high-performing team while maintaining strong relationships with students, parents, and industry partners.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing Leadership

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve student enrollment and revenue targets.
  • Plan and execute local promotional activities, lead generation campaigns, and brand visibility initiatives.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to conversion and retention.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to refine strategies.

Branch Operations Management

  • Ensure smooth and high-quality day-to-day operations of the centre, including academics, administration, and student affairs.
  • Manage centre resources, infrastructure, and facility maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
  • Oversee fee collections, budgeting, expense management, and revenue generation to ensure profitability.

Team Management & Leadership

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team across sales, counselling, academics, and administration.
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide regular feedback, and foster a results-driven work environment.
  • Collaborate with head office on strategic initiatives and provide timely reports on centre performance.

Student & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Ensure excellent student experience through effective counseling and support throughout the training lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and industry partners for placements and partnerships.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a leadership role, preferably within the education or aviation sectors.
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking to interpret market trends and develop effective operational strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Aviation Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Technical proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the education industry is preferred.
