Centre Head – Special Needs Montessori Centre

Our client runs a unique academic centre in Bangalore, exclusively designed for children with specific learning disabilities, mild autism, and developmental challenges. Rooted in Montessori principles, the centre provides a structured yet flexible learning environment that honours each childs pace and potential. With a strong academic focus, they follow a personalised, child-centric approach.

Seeking a dedicated and visionary Centre Head to lead their passionate team and drive forward the mission of inclusive, meaningful education.

Position: Centre Head

Location: Bangalore

Timings: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM 4:00 PM

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a minimum of 3 years of experience in a school setting or as a Centre Head
• Is deeply passionate about working with children with diverse learning needs
• Possesses strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Is inclusive applicants of all genders are welcome
• Holds a background in education or teaching (a diploma in Special Education is an added advantage but not mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of educators
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with parents
• Monitor student attendance, performance, and development
• Oversee internal marketing and outreach initiatives
• Manage teacher recruitment and onboarding processes
• Ensure efficient daily operations and contribute to the centres strategic growth
• Actively participate in the daily life of the children and the centre
