Job Title: Centre Manager Mobile Service Centre

Location: Sivananthapuram, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, Hyderbad and Bangalore

Budget CTC: 5.5 6 LPA


Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing daily operations, staff management, customer service, and technical performance of the mobile phone service centre. Ensures high service quality, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning and efficient repair workflows.
  • Customer Service: Resolve issues promptly, improve satisfaction, and manage feedback.
  • Team Supervision: Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate technicians and service staff.
  • Technical Oversight: Supervise hardware/software repairs and use of diagnostics tools.
  • Inventory & Finance: Manage spare parts stock, supplier coordination, and cost control.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Enforce safety and company policies, submit reports, maintain records.
  • Business Growth: Identify new service opportunities and support local marketing efforts.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Diploma in Business, Electronics, or related field (preferred)
  • Prior service centre management experience in mobile/electronics
  • Strong team leadership, technical know-how, and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in budgeting, diagnostics, and inventory control
