Centre Manager

Youthworks is seeking a Centre Manager to join our Youthworks Outdoors team. Youthworks is a Christian organisation dedicated to providing exceptional facilities, services, and Christian outdoor activities and fellowship for a wide range of clients, including (but not limited to) Christian schools, a wide variety of church groups, and independent organisations.

Our Conference Centres offers accommodation, food and beverage services, combined with a wide variety of Christian outdoor activities designed to foster Christian discovery, church community, and a deeper relationship with Christ in a serene, safe and supportive environment.

About the role 

The Port Hacking Manager is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring that all site services, including guest relations, housekeeping, kitchen management, and Christian outdoor education activities, are delivered to the highest standards.
