Key Responsibilities
1. Enrolment & Parent Engagement
Serve as the warm, welcoming face of Da Di Learning Studio
Handle walk-ins, calls, emails, and WhatsApp enquiries
Conduct centre tours and confidently present our programme value
Engage and follow up with potential families
Support parents through the full enrolment process
Build strong and trusted parent relationships for long-term retention
