Job Scope / Key Responsibilities

Administration

• Manage daily operations and administration of the centre.
• Assist in developing policies and procedures to ensure smooth running of classes and activities.
• Support in preparing the annual budget.

Programme & Service Development

• Plan, review, and improve abacus and mental arithmetic programmes.
• Work with management on strategies to enhance teaching methods and introduce new initiatives.

Networking & Outreach

• Liaise with schools, parents, and community partners to promote programmes.
