As our Centre Manager you’ll be at the heart of our operations, driving excellence in every aspect of the centre. Your leadership will inspire your team, ensuring the highest standards of care, education, and engagement. We’re on the hunt for an energetic, go-getter Centre Manager at Great Beginnings Beckenham to lead our childcare centre.

This role is offered as a max term contract for 8 months with probability of extension 


What You’ll Do:

  • Manage daily centre operations, including staffing, budgets, and parent communication.

  • Inspire and support Educators and Teachers through coaching, mentoring, and professional growth.

  • Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities for children’s holistic development.

  • Prioritise children’s safety and well-being, adhering to policies and procedures.
