Responsibilities:

• Shape multi year strategy balancing innovation and operational excellence
• Chief ambassador with government, donors, media, and sector forums.
• Strengthen relationships with existing donors and secure new, multi-year funding.
• Lead and grow a high-performing, values-driven team and develop next-generation leaders.
• Ensure interventions are impactful, evidence-based and scalable.
• Work closely with the board to ensure compliance, transparency, and strong organizational health.

Requirements:

● 15+ years in a leadership role in the social impact sector (health, education, livelihoods)

● Proven track record in fundraising and stakeholder management.

● Experience in scaling programs or organizations without compromising quality.
