Reporting to Carlos Elviro, our Global Chief Operating Officer, you will play a key role in driving customer centricity, revenue outcomes and operational excellence across our Brazil market.
This role is centered on optimizing communication, processes and performance across all business functions, growing revenue, improving customer metrics, and driving growth through strategic initiatives. You will align operational performance with evolving business objectives and ensure coordination and success across departments. Based on analytics, you will identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement across both customer lifecycle and product and lead the Brazilian leadership team reporting to you. You will also actively collaborate with cross-functional, global teams (across GTM, Product, etc.), and peers in other markets, to drive product and process enhancements, ultimately ensuring customer satisfaction and retention for Brazil.<...
