• As part of the leadership team, lead the innovation and strategic blueprint for the academic solution to deliver on the long term mission of the organization.
• Curriculum and content creation for K-10 i.e. Nursery to Grade 10. This would involve everything from framework to the last bit of lesson plan and resources.
• Content in our case involves lesson plans, books, assessments, audio-visual content and teacher capability building modules.
• Pedagogy, design and quality assurance teams to ensure high quality error free content is sent to teachers and students.
• Build subject matter capability within the teams by bringing global best practices in pedagogy, design and quality assurance.
