We are looking for a Chief People Officer (CPO) to join our leadership team in Valencia.

Developing leadership training and career pathways for scientists and business profiles.

Managing performance systems, OKRs, and employee engagement frameworks.

Acting as cultural guardian : ensuring mission-driven, value-based alignment across all teams.

Creating a people brand that positions us as one of the top Deep Tech employers in Europe .

At least 3 years of experience in talent management, HR leadership, venture building, or scaling startups .

• Familiarity with academic tech transfer ecosystems, venture capital, or R&D-driven organizations is a plus.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written & spoken).
• Work with a European outlook and global mission.
