We’re seeking a results-driven Strategy Specialist to join the CEO’s Office (Corporate Strategy Organization), focusing on organization-wide cost optimization and operational efficiency. This is a high-impact role that works closely with the Founders, Finance, and Operations leaders to drive measurable cost reductions and improve profitability. If you thrive on solving complex business problems, analyzing cost structures, and optimizing processes at scale, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end cost optimization initiatives across the company, including wage inflation control, vendor cost management, partner cost optimization, and OPEX reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, People, Procurement, and Operations) to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement scalable solutions.
- Build frameworks and dashboards to track cost metrics and identify efficiency levers.
