The Head – CEP (Continued Employability Program) is responsible for building, scaling, and leading the Continued Employability business vertical, focused on upskilling, reskilling, and lifelong learning programs for working professionals and enterprises. The role carries annual revenue targets of ₹20–30 crore and is accountable for strategy, growth, partnerships, delivery excellence, and profitability.
Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute the CEP business strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Build a scalable model for continued employability offerings across industries and roles.
- Identify new growth opportunities in executive education, professional certifications, and enterprise learning.
Revenue & Business Growth
- Own annual revenue targets of ₹20–30 crore , with full P&L responsibility.
- Drive topline growth through B2C, B2B, and enterprise partnerships.
- Develop pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies to maximize revenue and margins.
Program & Portfolio Management
- Design and launch industry-relevant CEP programs in collaboration with academic, industry, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure programs address evolving skill demands, employability outcomes, and learner satisfaction.
- Continuously review and enhance the program portfolio based on market feedback and performance metrics.
Sales, Marketing & Partnerships
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive enrollments and enterprise deals.
- Establish strategic partnerships with corporates, industry bodies, and technology providers.
- Act as a senior representative for CEP in client meetings, negotiations, and key forums.
Team Leadership & Operations
- Build and lead a high-performing cross-functional team (sales, program management, delivery, and support).
- Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and drive accountability across teams.
- Ensure operational excellence, timely program delivery, and high learner engagement.
Stakeholder Management
- Engage with senior leadership, faculty/SMEs, corporate clients, and external partners.
- Present business performance, forecasts, and growth plans to leadership and board-level stakehold
