Role Overview

The Dayforce Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning and delivery of HR technology initiatives across the People Technology portfolio.

This role partners with HR, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and aligned to business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end‐to‐end delivery of Dayforce projects, including planning, execution, and deployment
  • Coordinate cross‐functional stakeholders across HR, IT, Payroll, Security, and external vendors
  • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and status reporting
  • Support requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and go‐live readiness
