Roles and Responsibility of the Candidature:

• Foundational understanding of Electrical systems and applicable Safety principles
• Working knowledge of IEC, EN, and UL certification frameworks and associated approval processes
• Familiarity with global and regional regulatory schemes, including ARAI, CE, UKCA, CB, FCC, RoHS, REACH, and related compliance requirements
• Awareness of EV charging standards (IEC 61851, AIS 138, IEC 62196, IEC 60068, relevant UL standards) considered a strong advantage
• Basic understanding of EMI/EMC principles and electrical safety testing methodologies
• Experience interfacing with Notified Bodies, NRTLs, accredited test laboratories, and certification agencies
• Coordination of product testing, technical documentation submissions, and technical file reviews
• Management of certification schedules to ensure alignment with product development milestones and launch timelines
• Oversight of test reports, laboratory reports, and supporting documentation generated from testing and research activities
• Maintenance of compliance records, certification databases, and regulatory documentation
• Close collaboration with R&D and hardware/software engineering teams to embed regulatory compliance into product design
• Provision of regulatory and compliance guidance throughout product development and formal design review stages
