Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Avionics Certification Engineer who can work independently, take initiative, propose innovative ideas, and seamlessly adapt to changing priorities with minimal supervision. This role involves working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment to ensure successful avionics integration and STC certification.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Part 25 and Part 23 STC programs for the installation of airborne equipment on aircraft.
  • Initiate and manage STC programs with the FAA or ODA, coordinating with operators and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare certification documents such as certification plans, compliance checklists, safety assessments, and conformity plans.
  • Support certification compliance activities, including conformity inspections and FAA-witnessed ground functional and EMI testing.
