Monitor service issues, regulatory changes Obtain FAA approval for Service publications and maintain communication with FAA and FCAA. The Certification Manager (CM) oversees the coordination and management of all the documentation necessary to obtain certification of Thermal System Products products. The CM is ultimately responsible for the coordination of all certification deliverables on the program level for each program assigned to the CM.
