CNA-DCA-PCA: Full-time 11 pm - 7 am

As a certified nursing assistant, you will have the rewarding opportunity to act as the primary caregiver to our patients with varied levels of mobility who require daily assistance and help them with getting dressed, eating daily meals, bathing, and going to the restroom. Monitoring patient symptoms, changes in behavior, and vital signs are critical tasks for this role. Compensation:$20 - $21 hourly
Responsibilities:- Meet patients upon arrival and precisely catalogue measurements of the patient's vital signs including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and blood oxygen level
- Exercise patients as needed to maintain physical health and mobility level
- Communicate information with patient care providers and other nursing staff members to facilitate patient care
- Give patient support with basic care daily living activities bathing, getting dressed, going to the restroom, eating regular meals, and taking proper medication dosages
- Ability to get along with others and be a team player
- Exceptional communication skills in working with patients and families to maintain positive relationships
- The ability to administer catheters and enemas is desired, but not required
- Job seekers must possess a high school diploma or equivalent such as GED
- Completed the state-approved CNA training program and received CNA certification from a medical facility, vocational school, or community college
- Knowledgeable in record keeping through a computerized database to maintain patient history
